Non Technical Managers

How can you approach Non-Technical Managers and make them interested in web standards?

College Misericordia produced a report called The Benefit of Accessible Design for Able-Bodied Users of the World Wide Web which states that accessibility and usability go hand in hand with adoption of web standards; by adopting one you must adopt the other. This will widen your potential customer base, encourage repeat business and lead to increased revenues.

Although not proven through case law yet, the Disabilities and Discriminations Act (DDA) says that individuals or organisations offering goods and services over the Internet must make their documents accessible to the broadest possible audience to avoid disability discrimination.
