I am asking this question out of interest to see how each person feels the difference between sport bikes and what makes sum harder to ride then others. I would like to get people with person experience on the different types of "sport bikes". To clarify I want you to say what separates driving the 600cc from others like the 1000cc to the 1400cc. What may differentiate each from each other and what would make them harder to drive over others. Remember this is all on personal experience and like all things, different people can have different experiences. This question is not limited to just the ones listed it for all sports, and super sports.

I can think of fighting sports like boxing and K-1 where the fighters obviously are very powerful/strong and fit. Infact, the average fitness of a footballer (soccer) is much less than of a fighter in K-1. So, what sport do you think has the most powerful and strong people competing in it?
Let's not lie to ourselves, Football is the greatest sport in the US right now, but no one gives a crap about Rugby or even Soccer. Baseball is in 2nd place, and no one gives a crap about Cricket. What would the sport of Cricket have to change in order to be as popular as Baseball in America? For example, what types of rule changes? and an extra question, Which sport is better? And if Baseball is truly better, why does Cricket continue to exist?
I've been transfixed with the Olympics. I'm 30 and have never done a sport. Is there ANY kind of sport I could start now to be in time for qualifying for London 2012.I want to experience the same sense of pride those atheletes feel when representing their countries. I only have four years. No silly answers please.
I've been playing a bit of tennis lately and reckon that is right up there is terms of mentally demanding. And I've also been doing some sprint cycling and reckon that's fairly physically demanding. What sport brings in the most money and is seen by the most people in the world? I know that most people play football (soccer) but my Dad is convinced that auto racing is the #1 spectator PRO sport seen in the world. I have a hard time believing it as I find car racing extremely boring. I don't love soccer either but at least the people competing are excellent athletes. So what PRO sport is seen by the most people and brings in the most money in the world? Any statistical data to back up an answer would be appreciated, a $1 bet is on the line here!
When licensed to fly internationally can you fly an ultralight? I ask because the rules defining an ultralight very from nation to nation. It seems like if you are licensed for a larger plane then anything smaller would be ok also, but not sure. Alternately, could you license an ultralight as a sport plane or regular plane. The idea is ultralights are CHEAP.

Obviously a suit is made up of pants and a jacket that match. What I want to know is what differentiates a sport coat, a blazer, and the jacket portion of a suit? In other words, if the pants to a suit were torn, could one throw the pants away and keep the jacket as a sport coat or a blazer (assuming of course that the jacket is a neutral color with no pinstripes and whatnot)? Also, which is more formal a sport coat or a blazer, or are they about the same formality? Thanks
I would assume that a sport where the athlete is not on the ground and the object is not in his hands would exponentially increase the brain calculations compared to others.

It shows in many places that the NFL is the best of America's "Big 3" or "Big 4" sports. It brings in more viewers than any other sport, especially during the Super Bowl. Many gamers buy Madden NFL every year. There are more reason than i can list in these details, but let's just get to it.Why NFL over all the rest? So the question is what is a Olympic sport that you just watched and you have loved it? See this year is my first time watching the whole Olympic games. I'm doing a debate in school and I need TONS of reasons with evidence that support the fact that dance is NOT a sport. It's a performing art. But, if you do think dance is a sport, state why you think so. Not because it's "hard". I know it's hard, but just because you give a lot of physical exertion into something, it doesn't make it a sport. Give evidence for your reasoning please.
I dont like the big ones that look like cop bikes but more so the ninja style or r1 style. Which one slips through the wind best. I do freeway driving and was wondering which sport/street bike is best at handling buffeting winds? Thanks for responding you guys but more specifically what is a good sport bike that cuts through the wind the best. I know all bikes have wind issues but some are worse than others and some are better. For example a Katana is not really good at stopping winds. I know you can get like a Goldwing but those fat ugly bikes I don't like. Was curious what sport bike is best if you have ridden any over 70 mph on the freeway.
2 blind students, 4 non-verbal students, 3 students in a wheel chair 1 hearing impaired student 15 mainstream students and a student with cerebral palsy. I would really appreciate some good suggestions for a sport, the modifications needed for it to work, warm up, and stretches.
I have played volleyball for 10 years and always go between beach and hard-court but I have never really fully developed my stomach muscles 100% and am looking at taking up a sport which will help this as well as keep my cardio vascular up (if possible). I live in Australia and in an inland city so anything beach is out of the question. My legs, arms and upper body are very strong but need the missing piece fixed.
Basketball is the most popular sport in the Philippines. Some decades ago, the country was considered one of the heavyweights in this sport. However, advances in other countries have overtaken the Philippines' once lofty stature in this sport. Surely, there are other sports where the Philippines can also be known for, aside from hoops.
A friend of mine really wants to play a sport in high school and she's on the Tennis team right now while just a freshman, and it's just a 3 week training camp for now, and then it's the real game once her school starts. Yet her parents are constantly telling her to stop playing because staying in the sun for such a long time gets her dark, it's a far distance to drive, and they think with all that, playing the sport will just be trouble. However, before she decides to really quit the team, she wants to know if there are any benefits to sticking with the team. She really loves the sport... but doesn't really want to create so much trouble with her parents. Can it benefit her with college... or anything in her future life especially dealing with school?

Just seeing what people think, but I'm wondering what people think the easiest sport is in the Olympics. Let's say that you have a little above average athletic ability and are in relatively good shape. I watched Badminton the other day and laughed. Air rifle looks pretty easy too. I'm sure they are both difficult to qualify for, but what's your opinions?
How is a sport chosen to be in the Olympics? Is it based on how popular the game is? Is there a specific percentage of the worlds population that needs to play the sport? Any information appreciated.
I want to put my sport bike in the back of my truck, but because of all the plastic around the front, should I tie it down any different than a dirtbike. If I put the straps off the handlebars, I'm worried they will put too much pressure on the plastic and possibly crack/break it. Any tips are appreciated.
My fav sport is basketball! My reasons to love and appreciate this sport is: 1)It has unique and an amazing style 2)The rules and how it has evolved from the begining of its creation to present day 3)the true fans of the sport 4)how people come together as one and become serious of the sport 5)anybody can play it, even the disabled 6)the players & coaches 7)when the people fight and defend for the team although it is just a game 8)it is very unlike any other sport 9) The different leagues(NBA, NCAA,etc.) 10)EVERYTHING!!! It is so much fun! 11) the dedication people have for the sport 12) the integration of different people on one team I love the game because I grew up in a state and region were basketball is king (Kentucky) and I love it and understand the sport, although there are other sports I can learn about I don't care to because I have basketball! those who don't FULLY understand b-ball should learn because it is very interesting once you learn the history and its evolution and the rules. before I learned about and understood b-ball i didn't give a shi* about it, but know I love it!
I am looking for something that is played during the cold months and beyond. The sport should be more exciting than golf, more social than hunting, and cause more exertion than curling. I currently enjoy triathlons and lifting weights. If I don't get a better idea, it is going to be Krav Maga.
I grew up a as a very talented all around athlete. I lettered in two sports and could have easily done the same in a third or 4 th sport. In these two sports I even was offered scholarships that I didn't take advantage of. Because I was so diverse and played the most popular sports that everybody played in, the competition was and still is fierce and I probably never could have gone pro, even if I stuck out the scholarships. I often wonder if I could have been a pro with my athletic gift if I would have concentrated on like tennis, golf, or soccer. At my school, mostly the nerdier kids that couldn't excel in the other sports played these sports. Because of my asumptions I have always wondered if this is really true, and that maybe I should have my sons get into these sports that may have an easier road to the pros. So is there a sport that is easiest to become a pro in?
I am doing a debate for school in a group and the topic was that school sport should be compulsary. We are on the affermitive side and the topic that me as a speaker was given is the social benefits of playing sports? I would like some detail in your answer not just one or two points, Thanks.
I recently bought a Ninja 250 which some would say has power and gas mileage. But it is lacking on the power side when compared to larger engine sport bikes. What sport bikes are out there that have a "normal" or medium amount of power and gets good gas mileage (like 50+ mpg average)?
I have heard people say poker and bowling are sports. If that is the case, then bowlers and poker players would be considered athletes. Yet there is nothing athletic about what they do. So can someone clarify for me the difference between a sport and a game?
If in fact i do not get an athletic scholarship (incredibly difficult) i was wondering if i would still be able to play a sport in college. I am talking about Football or Baseball specifically. The school i plan to go to has a Division 1-AA football team and a Division 1 baseball team.

I want to start watching/following hockey, but I have no idea where to start. Nobody I know really cares about it so I don't know who I can talk to about who a good team is and stuff like that. Normally people start liking a team because their family has loved it for years and stuff but like that but it's literally the only sport that nobody in my family really cares about. Do you have any recomendations or something like that? HELP!
The first time a sport, any sport was broadcasted on television. What team and sport was it?

I know that The sport must be practiced by men in at least 75 countries and four continents, and by women in at least 40 countries and three continents. The sport in question must have a governing International Federation in order for the IOC to offically recognize them as a sport. but what does The sport in question must have a governing International Federation in order for the IOC to offically recognize them as a sport. mean? Would dance qualify to become a sport in the Olympics? why or why not?
I'm about 125lbs at 5'9" and I'm looking into getting a sport motorcycle, something like a Suzuki bandit or what not, probably 600cc. I'm curious though, how hard is it to handle a bike like this, are they extremely heavy, do they have decent balance when still? I just don't want to get to a training class and find out the bike is a bit too much. They don't seem like they would be but I've never had a chance to toy around with one and get a feel for the weight. Any info would be helpful! Thanks.
Hello, I would like to join athletic clubs (Tennis, Volleyball and Handball). I am very interested in sport but I am not good in athletic areas. I enjoy those 3 sports. But I am not a good runner or anything. I don't know whether I will do good or not since I have no one to practice with or to play with. But I really want to give it a try. The only problem and doubt I have is should someone join sport clubs when they are not really an "athletic" (I mean, usually athletics are those who are good at running and good at those sport skills) I am just someone who is interested in those sports, but not really sure what my levels are for the sports. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
